Heaven on Earth: A Witch Hat Atelier Zine is a for-profit fan-zine that is centred around the various environments featured within Witch Hat Atelier. 

As of now, all our items are for pre-order only, and the tentative date for shipping is estimated to be November onwards. We will continue to update our social media throughout the production process.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

Refunds may only be processed during pre-orders. Any returns requested afterward may not be fulfilled.  

To cancel or change your bundle, please contact us before pre-orders end by emailing us. You can contact us at [email protected]. In the email, include the order number from the receipt you recieved after buying as well as the name you placed your order under. 

While we take care that your order is kept in good condition, we cannot control any damages that occur in transit. Should you receive damaged or missing goods, please contact us within one month of receiving your order for replacements or refunds depanding on available stock. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 

All our orders will be shipped from Australia. We are shipping to the UK and EU. 

Buyers are responsible for any import or custom fees, including VAT, that may occur.

Should your country stop accepting packages from Australia any time after pre-orders, the shipping mod is happy to discuss options with you including holding your package or sending it to someone else to hold or ship it to you. 

SHIPPING ADDRESS UPDATES: 

To update your shipping address, please email us at [email protected] and include your order number as well as the name you placed your order under. 

We will also email all buyers approximately two weeks before we begin shipping to confirm shipping addresses. 

If your address changes or your package is lost because you didn't update your address, Heaven on Earth will not be liable and may not be able to replace your package. Should it be returned to the shipping mod, shipping costs will have to be paid again, and customers may be responsible for additional re-delivery fees.
